I can make paper OUT. OF. PAPER.

I finally did it - made the paper leap when Rachel came over for a crafty retreat. You can find documentation of my Adventure here.*

I have big plans for the outcome, but you'll have to wait and see...

*I should warn you, before you attempt this yourself, that now I look at everything differently. I've been thinking of stealing flower petals, and I have been stealing the recycling.

  1. I love that you did this! I've been thinking about giving it a whirl lately. Maybe we should schedule a play date!

  4. UPDATE : I finally printed on the paper with the letterpress, and it went great. It's thick and soft. I would probably not make a folding card, but I have been thinking of making an A2 sized deckle so all the sides are feathery.
    Here's what I printed:

Also, I did another batch with mainly white paper and aqua tissue and wildflower seeds. I'm not sure what I'm going to print on it yet, but we'll see.
